The modubloc series of burners are manufactured by the perfect integration of several functional modules into a complete combustion system in a monoblock body, ready for rapid application to diverse types of industrial boilers. The development of this new generation of burners has been made through the exploitation of the most advanced research and design systems and the use of technologies which, up to now, have only been used for the most important applications in the management of thermal energy. Low excess air working below required emissions levels, even as external conditions vary, is what most characterises a modern combustion system of quality. Modubloc meets these needs thanks to its completely electronic modulation which directly manages the flow of air and combustible material and continuously regulates the combustion process. In thermal power plants with several modubloc burners it is possible to activate a serial regulation system of the various units. Other customised functions of the logic system allow a flexible response to the specific needs of the plant, such as through the use of fan speed adjustment, emulsion dosage regulation etc. In line with modern plant management demands, the modubloc plant also has self-diagnostic systems and an ability to communicate with local or remote supervision systems.
