- P295GH EN 10028-2 material is used for shell and dished ends.
- Quality certificate of Turkish Standards Institute is available.
- 97/23/EC PED Type-Examination Certificate ( Module-B) and EC Production Surveillance Certificate is given by Bureau Veritas.
- Water volumes are 400 lt and 800 lt, Chlorine capacities are 500 kg. and 1000 kg.
- Shell, shell-dished end welding are subject to radiographic control as 100%.
- Dished ends are ellipsoidal types.
- Stress relieving heat treatment is applied at 620 degree Celcius following manufacture.
- Hydrostatic test is applied for leak and deformation control.
- Surfaces are sand blasted and painted with epoxy paint.
- Chlorine valves are suitable to Turkish Standards TS 1520
- Liquid chlorine filling is possible upon request.
