The RS 70 - 100 - 130 - 190 series burners are available in four model structures with an output range from 192 kW (1st stage) to 2209 kW. The RS burner series is characterised by progressive gas air two stage operation plus a fully closing air damper while at rest, this is achieved by the control operation at the damper motor. Electronic burner monitoring is provided by two devices with different operation. A LED panel which gives visual indication of the burner mode; a STATUS panel which gives diagnostic information on run and fault condition that incorporates hours run for both total and second stage operation and the number of firings. Simplified maintenance is achieved by the Riello designed slide bar system, which allows easy access to all of the essential components at the combustion head. The RS 70 - 100 - 130 burners are available in standard or long head versions, making them suitable for diverse applications. The RS 190 is available in standard head version only. Electrical protection rating is to IP44; the burners are designed and tested to conform to European normative EN 676 and DIN 4788.
